How does the free trial work?
Every new school gets 30 days free with every feature. You don't need a card, and the trial never charges you. When it ends, pick a plan to keep adding and editing records.
Does it work for full-time hifz or after-school programs?
Yes. Classes can meet on any day of the week, and each register opens on the days its class meets. Schools use it for full-time and part-time hifz, after-school maktabs and weekend classes.
What counts toward my student limit?
Active students across your whole school. Archived students don't count, so you can keep past years on record.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. The owner can switch plans or cancel at any time from Billing. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 7 days while the payment is retried. After that your school becomes read-only until billing is updated. You can still see and export every record.
Do parents and teachers pay?
No. The school pays one subscription. Teachers and parents join by invitation at no cost to them.
